Email Addresses

ADD AN EMAIL ADDRESS

You can provide an additional email address on this page. By adding an email address in the blank field, you imply that you want messages (and their associated attachments) from the provided email address(es) to be collected and archived in your personal My Archive.

Register an additional valid email address associated to your mailbox by adding the complete address and clicking the button "Add email address", as illustrated below.

Your email address will be verified against a control list and you will receive an email to that address requiring further verification. Follow the instructions on that email and click the unique link to activate the archiving for that address.

EDIT AN EMAIL ADDRESS

You can edit your registered email addresses. Edit an email address by clicking on the "Edit" button next to the desired email address. When you are done editing your email address, click on the "Save" button to confirm the modification you've made.

An email confirmation will be sent to the Account Administrator (AA) for verification and approval. Your email address will be verified against a control list and you will receive an email to that address requiring further verification. Follow the instructions on that email and click the unique link to activate the archiving for that address.
